The New FIAT Doblò is the family space vehicle

The new FIAT Doblò is a spacious little MPV which shares much of its values with a “professional” cargo version. It is usable as an all-in-one car for travelling and socialising, either for leisure or work. Unlike many small MPV’s derived from the commercial vehicles, Doblò was designed with practicality and comfort in mind to make the best of space on board and accommodate up to seven occupants.

Doblò now offers a new style, new engines and new technical features to set it apart from the previous Doblò of which one million units had been sold. It is based on a new platform with an innovative Bi-link suspension layout, streched wheelbase of 2755 mm (the longest in its segment), a roomy 790 litre boot (3200 litres with the seats folded down) and better standard safety equipment. Its JTDM engine provides lower CO2 emissions (129 g/km) from a small displacement (1.3) and good power output (90 HP). Funny though, the 1.3 MJET 90 HP engine is the only non-compliant to the Euro 5 norm.

Inside it offers more room for passengers with highly modular interior equipment including folding, reclining seats. The interiors have also been designed with functionality in mind to create appealing environments with different combination of colours, materials and trims.

Central shield and side protection are result of perfect integration into the front end. Side puts the accent on the vehicle's strength and agility. Sparkling clear light clusters and expansive windows add a touch of elegance to the look of the new Doblò.

The Fiat Doblò will be launched with four engine versions and the choice of 5 or 6 speed gearboxes, all designed and made by FPT:
• 1.3 Multijet II 16v - 90 HP (Euro 4);
• 1.6 Multijet 16v - 105 HP (Euro 5);
• 2.0 Multijet 16v - 135 HP (Euro 5);
• 1.4 16v - 95 HP (Euro 5).
The range will later be complemented with the addition of a Natural Power engine with dual fuel system (petrol and methane) and another diesel engine with Dualogic robotized gearbox. Furthermore, all engines of the new Fiat are fitted with the Start&Stop. All diesel engines are fitted with a DPF anti-particulate filter as standard.

The Doblò implements electronic stability control devices (ABS+EBD and above all, ESP) and icludes Hill Holder system as standard.

The new Fiat Doblò offers automatic climate control system with rear distribution, MP3 stereo with controls on steering wheel, cruise control, parking sensors and a Blue&Me hands-free system and integrated “Blue&Me TomTom” navigation system.

In Italy, the new Fiat Doblò range features three versions (Active, Dynamic and Emotion) and four engines (1.4 petrol - 95 HP, 1.3 Multijet - 90 HP, 1.6 Multijet - 105 HP and 2.0 Multijet - 135 HP), all Euro 5 (except for the 1.3 Multijet) and equipped with standard Start&Stop, ESP with hill holder and DPF (diesel engines).

All versions in the range have five seats and a version with seven seats has the same length (only 4.39 m). The 7-seater offers the additional two seats in the back row.
